Hi neighbor!

My name is Sam Khorram and I’m a fellow homeowner here at The Lennox. The election was held this past Tuesday (8/26), and unfortunately less than half of homeowners voted but we still have 2 weeks to submit more ballots!

I’m running for the HOA Board with a simple belief: a closer and more connected community always creates a better place to live.

From small upgrades in comfort and open communication… to the bigger questions around

rising costs, transparency, amenities, general safety, and the future of our building.

I believe it’s time we all talk openly about what Lennox could become and how we can improve.
